The Northern Cycling Team Time Trial – Secret Handicap will be held at National Boulevard on Sunday 30 January 2022.
Teams will consist of four or three riders of similar ability. The third rider over the finish line will be the team’s official time after completing 15 laps. The first team starts at 9AM followed by other teams at one minute intervals.
Entries are now being taken on Entry Boss and will close on Thursday 27 January at 11PM. https://entryboss.cc/races/
No time trial bikes, aero helmets or clip on bars will be allowed to race to make it even for all teams competing.
All riders who have a team must put the name of their team and team members in the remarks box. This event was very popular last year with 17 teams competing.
If you are not in a team please still enter and our club handicapper Bruce Logan will put you in a team with riders of similar ability – please note your single entry in the remarks box.
Prizes will be cash envelopes for teams that finish first, second and third in the secret handicap and for the team that records the fastest time. Also a small prize will be given to the team with the best team name.
