Dear Northern members,
We received the sad news today (10/5/24) that former Northern President and Life Member William (Bill) Morris passed away yesterday aged 91.
Bill, the longest serving president at Northern with a total of 14 years, served from 1982-1984 and again from 1995-2005. He also served as Club Handicapper from 1999-2003 and was made a life member in 1997 .
A service to celebrate his life to be held at the Crick Chapel Fawkner Memorial Park Sydney Rd Fawkner on Tuesday 21st May at 11am. The family has informed us that all Northern riders and those from other clubs the knew him are welcome to attend.
