A mild, sunny winters day with a light NNW breeze greeted the 60 riders entered in the days criteriums across grades A through E with B grade attracting the largest field of the day with an impressive 18 riders.
Northern has been lucky with the winter weather lately so hoping the good run continues where we have 2 more criteriums at National Boulevard coming up before there is a handicap at the Pig & Whistle at East Trentham on the 16th of August . Also Bruce Logan has kindly tallied up the aggregate points to the end of June. The annual aggregate champion trophy is awarded to the Northern rider with the most points from both crits and handicaps at the end of the calendar year.
