It was a back straight finish into a solid NW breeze for the riders for todays racing that featured many surges and break away attempts across the grades. Electronic timing was also back courtesy of the return of Bruce and Faye from holidays.
In A grade, Tim continued his recent good form and launched a last lap attack that left the rest of the field in his wake as he crossed the line well ahead of the rest of the bunch.
In B grade there were multiple break away attempts from the get go until Emilio and Luke got away mid race and crossed ahead of the rest of the field by few seconds from a fast closing bunch.
There was plenty of chatter and a split in a strong C grade field with a few riders left unhitched from the main bunch which was ultimately taken out by Gavin Gardener who continued his good for after a win last week just ahead of Terry Hollibone and Mark Rossiter.
