A good sized field of almost 60 riders turned out for the 2nd race of the new year in challenging conditions with temperatures in the 30’s and a stiff Northerly to contend with for the back straight finish.
Most grades ended up in bunch sprints apart from a break by John McKinnon in C grade after getting away in the last few laps.
Thanks as usual to all todays volunteers, registration, timing, helpers, marshals, first aid etc that allow these races to be run in a safe and organised way.
Congrats to todays winners and place getters that certainly earned their envelopes.
