Michael Borowski (A Grade) and Terry Hollibone (D Grade) were the only winners for Northern in the second race of the Tour de Metro interclub series against Eastern at National Boulevard on Sunday.
But Northern remains on top of the points table with 211 to Eastern’s 137. There were 101 starters with strong field across all grades.
Eastern hosts the next two races in the series at the tougher Arthurs Creek and Yarra Glen circuits on the next two Saturday afternoons.
