Bruce wins Top Tech Panels Benghazi Handicap

Visitor Bruce Halket (22 mins) from Mansfield Mt Buller Cycling Club took out the 41st Top Tech Panels Benghazi 77km Handicap at Lancefield on Anzac Day.

In perfect racing conditions, it was a big bunch finish with the 22 min and 26 min bunches dominating the placings.

Second place went to Northern’s own Terry Hodges (22 mins) with Alison Skene (26 mins) from Eastern in third place. Fastest time was taken out by Brendan Schultz (scratch).
