- All riders receiving prizes or prize money must be present in person at the presentations or their prizes wil be forfeited. This includes all scratch races. This unclaimed prize money will go to a feature handicap during the year.
GRADING for SCRATCH RACES
Grading is determined by the handicapper. If you feel you have been placed in the incorrect grade please state your reasons in writing to the handicapper prior to the next race at the above email address.
Attach the small side numbers to the jersey on the left side panel so the number is completely visible to the finish camera.
Back numbers are larger than side numbers and should be pinned on the left pocket of the jersey facing backwards.
To elect for official duties please put your name down on the volunteer roster in an available ORANGE spot on the sheet. You must elect for two duties for the entire year. Officials are required at every race and being a member of the club requires this at least once every six months of the year. If you feel you cannot or are unwilling to volunteer the club will waive this for a $150 donation for the year to be exempt. However, if you have put your name on the roster, you may arrange a proxy in your place if you would like to race.
Roles available are as follows: Corner Marshal, Lead Car, Follow Car, First Aid Duty (if qualified), Race Referee (if qualified).
