Further information on the exercise restrictions is available on the DHHS website:
- Exercise is limited to a maximum of one hour, once per day and no more than five kilometres from your home.
- You can exercise with one other person. This can be a person you live with or a friend or family member.
- Outdoor sport facilities are closed. Indoor sports centres including gyms, training facilities and pools are closed.
- Community sport training and competition cannot occur.
