Entries are now open for two of our major handicaps for the year – the Munro/McDonough Handicap 62km handicap in Kyneton next Sunday 4 March and Club Championships in Lancefield on 18 March.
Registration for next week is at the Kyneton Bowls Club in Mollison Street. This race is three laps of the challenging Pastoria Circuit which includes Bald Hill – the start and finish is a few kms out of town.
The men’s club champion for 2018 will be decided on 18 March after two laps of the Lancefield circuit. This race is also the age championships and a secret handicap so there’s plenty of chances to win or place. This is the only race of the year where we have a mass start in McMasters Lane. The women’s club champ is decided by aggregate points at the end of the year.
