The Mary Tams Memorial Trophy gets to spend the year on the Hasouras family mantelpiece after John won today’s 53km handicap at Seymour.
Tamara Riddell placed second and Nick Nomikos third. Fastest time went to Darren Roberts.
Mary was an active member of Northern for many, many years – serving as Treasurer from 1996-2000. Mary was inducted as a Life Member in 2008. She attended all our races, checking rear lights and numbers and supporting Harry and the club in whatever ways she could. Mary and Harry’s son Daryl and his wife Deliah made the trip to Seymour for the presentations.
